While it was interesting to experience different parts of the country and world, I won't move my kid(s) around like that. There's comfort in having roots in a place. Most of the people I know who live in that inbetweenland identify with the town they grew up closest to. We're on the NE side of Baltimore, so there's no question for us. my sister in law lives in your area, though, and we've talked about relocating there. Maybe...
