Skip Cooking, Get Dinner from @KFC_Colonel [Giveaway]

I’m not a good cook. Don’t let the apron in the photo fool you. Before you say “but, surely you exaggerate?” No, really. I’m a horrible cook. In 22 years of marriage, my husband has said the following words to me exactly FIVE times after eating something I have cooked — “This is REALLY good!” I’m not offended. Far from it. I know I’m a terrible cook. I have an inability to “throw a dish together from scratch” I’m one of those people who should be fined every time I DON’T follow a recipe. I do not have an eye for what is a “pinch” versus a “dash.” And don’t even get me started on a “dab.” Unless the recipe has exact measurements I will surely mess it up.

I have about three dishes that I cook well. The ironic part is that I am the primary cook in the family. So for three meals a day I cook for my family. Most days I cook my tried and true dishes. You know the THREE I was telling you about. Some nights I go for bags of frozen food from Costco. But, other nights I am clueless about what to put on the table for my family. As I said I am not a cook-from-scratch type. So, on nights when I run out of ideas and my family schedule is chock-a-block-full, we eat out.
