Finding a movie for all five of us to watch as a family used to be so easy. I would pick a Disney movie or another animated movie and everyone would be happy. Once my oldest turned 12 or so, her interest in animated movies waned. My middle and youngest were still game to watch cartoons, but since the oldest wasn’t the movie choices had to change. Enter the Marvel movies.

To my oldest, the Marvel movies were very definitely NOT kid movies. To my husband, the Marvel movies were a throwback to his comic book reading days. To me, the Marvel movies were new and exciting…I was not a comic book reader and could only name two or three of the superheroes. To my middle and youngest, the movies were exciting and fun to watch. The Marvel movie franchise saved our family movie nights.

My family and I will get the chance to experience a unique take on the Marvel franchise when we see Marvel Universe Live. Marvel Universe Live is a stage show on a grand scale.
